Our Story

Las Vegas-born in 2020, Vitos Tacos started off as a humble, neighborhood birrieria with a passion for bold flavors. Word of our delicious birria tacos quickly spread, and people fell in love with our food. Overwhelmed by the demand, it wasn't long before our first Vitos Tacos food trailer hit the streets, bringing the savory flavors of birria to convenient locations and exciting events across the city.

A year later, our dedication to delivering unparalleled birria experiences led us to open our inaugural restaurant situated at the intersection of Eastern and Warm Springs. We continued to roll out our food trailer, and in response to the enthusiastic reception and growing popularity, we expanded our fleet by introducing more food trucks to the mix.

In 2023, our culinary journey reached another milestone with the inauguration of our second restaurant, located at the crossroads of Fort Apache and Warm Springs. Today, Vitos Tacos proudly operates two thriving restaurants, a trio of dynamic food trucks, and one food trailer that ventures far and wide across Las Vegas and its neighboring cities. Our wheels also roll into the heart of festivals and various events, adding flavor to occasions like company lunches, weddings, birthday parties, and beyond.
