Once Upon a Time...

In the face of challenging times during the Covid-19 pandemic, a talented chef with a background in fine dining turned his culinary skills into a means of livelihood. Equipped with a family recipe for birria, a vision, and the encouragement and support of friends, family, and community members, he turned a modest garage into a hub for flavorful homemade meals that captured the hearts of the neighborhood.

Motivated by the overwhelming response, one friend's loyal belief and investment led to the launch of the first VITOS TACOS food trailer, marking the beginning of an exciting  journey. Soon after, the team expanded operations, introducing the first food truck and later establishing the inaugural VITOS TACOS location on Eastern Avenue and Warm Springs Road in Las Vegas, Nevada. 

What started as a modest venture has now blossomed into a beloved restaurant and food truck chain, bringing communities together through the love for Birria.

Today, we are committed to serving the essence of birria with the same warmth and dedication that ignited our humble beginnings.
